法國農產品加值協會(Agence pour la Valorisation des Produits Agricoles, 後文以AVPA稱之)，成立於2005年，於2018年始舉辦第一屆世界茶葉大賽，由台灣駐法代表處協助的宣傳頁面介紹得知，AVPA為址設法國之非政府組織，由農產品業者及味覺專家組成，AVPA迄今已設立美食水、食用油、咖啡、茶葉、可可等國際比賽項目，廣邀全球各地業者參與，並由各領域之法籍專家擔任評審，每項農產品大賽項下依分類標準設置不同獎項。在茶葉大賽中又分為綠茶、白茶、黃茶、紅茶、烏龍茶等類別以及花果香料茶類，並設金獎、銀獎、銅獎及特別獎等獎項。 AVPA頒發獎項具國際公信力，將台灣優質的茶葉投遞並參與此大賽不但可協助提升台灣茶產品在國際市場的能見度，亦可開拓包含法國在內之海外市場，對銷售更是有所助益。 AVPA World Tea Competition "Teas of the World", World Tea Competition, AVPA, Award-Winning Tea Section The Agence pour la Valorisation des Produits Agricoles (AVPA), established in 2005, began organizing the first World Tea Competition in 2018. According to promotional materials assisted by the Taiwan Representative Office in France, AVPA is a non-governmental organization based in France, composed of agricultural producers and sensory experts. AVPA has established international competitions for gourmet waters, edible oils, coffee, tea, cocoa, and other products, inviting participants from around the world. Each agricultural product competition sets different awards based on category standards and is judged by French experts in various fields. In the Tea Competition, categories include green tea, white tea, yellow tea, black tea, oolong tea, as well as flavored and scented teas, with awards such as Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Special Awards. AVPA awards are internationally recognized, and participating in this competition with high-quality Taiwanese teas not only enhances the visibility of Taiwan's tea products in the international market but also helps expand overseas markets including France, contributing significantly to sales efforts.
