Taiwan Tea No. 21 is also known as Hongyun. Its female parent is Kyang, an Indian large-leaf variety, and its male parent is Qimen kimen. They were bred for tea industry improvement sites. With the advantages of the parent plant, the finished black tea has the charming aroma of Rutaceae when it blooms, beautiful and elegant, and the high-quality buttery aroma is also faintly present, sweet and pleasant. The tea soup is translucent in color, mellow and refreshing, and is a specialty variety with a special aroma. This Hongyun comes from Pinglin and is produced by the Mu Genghuo team through the contract production method. We hope to use our ideas, time and tea-making technology to create a perfect cup of black tea for you. Altitude: 450 Fermentation: full fermentation Roast: delicate and dry Smell: citrus white floral, creamy Taste: sweet and pleasant, mellow and refreshing.

 

Brewing Method for Loose Leaf Tea

1. Preheat the teapot
   Warm up the teapot with hot water.

2. Place the tea leaves in the teapot
   After pouring out the hot water, add 4-6g of tea leaves into the teapot (use one-third of the teapot’s capacity for tea leaves).

3. Pour hot water into the teapot
   Use water at 85-90°C (185-194°F) to brew the tea.

4. Steep for a few seconds
   First brew: 50 seconds
   Second brew: 40 seconds
   Third brew: 50 seconds
   Fourth brew: 60 seconds

5. Pour the tea and enjoy!

• After opening the package, the item is incorrect (please do not unseal or consume the product).
• After opening, the product is of poor quality or has damages not caused by the consumer. However, returns cannot be made for subjective reasons such as personal taste, color, size, etc.

If none of the above situations apply and the tea product’s packaging has been opened, we regret that returns or exchanges cannot be processed due to food hygiene considerations.

Please store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed to maintain the best flavor.

Return and Exchange Policy

When returning a product, please use the original packaging (box or bag) that was used when the item was sent to you. Re-seal the packaging and send it back. If the original packaging (box or bag) used by our company is lost, please use other appropriate packaging. Do not allow the courier to attach a label directly on the original product box or write directly on the product packaging.

The original product box and packaging are part of the product itself. If there is any loss, damage, or missing items, a restoration fee may be deducted based on the extent of the damage.

Once a product has been unsealed, it cannot be restored to its original condition. Please do not unseal the product until you are certain you want to return it. Thank you for your cooperation.

After we receive your returned product and the related documents, and if everything is confirmed to be in order, we will process your refund within 7 business days. A notification email will be sent to you on the day of the refund.

If a refund is required due to your request for a return or exchange, or if we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, you agree that we may process invoices or credit notes on your behalf as required by relevant laws to facilitate the refund process. Any other updates regarding the return and exchange policy will be provided over time. We appreciate your understanding.
