Product Features
Sanxia is currently the only area in Taiwan producing Bi Luo Chun tea. This tea is hand-picked from tea gardens located in the heart of Sanxia, resulting in a beautiful green appearance and elegant floral aroma. The region’s unique soil and climate give this tea its distinctive character. Each season’s fresh leaves are a rare treasure bestowed upon us by nature.
Brewing Method
- Warm up the tea pot
- Pour out the hot water and place the tea leaves inside
- Put 3-4g of tea into the teapot.
- Pour hot water into the teapot
- Temperature: 85-90°C / 185-194°F
- Wait patiently
- First brew: 40 seconds
- Second brew: 50 seconds
- Third brew: 60 seconds
- Pour the tea out and enjoy it!
