Brewing Method for Loose Leaf Tea

Preheat the teapot
Warm up the tea pot with hot water.

Place the tea leaves in the teapot
After pouring out the hot water, add 4-6g of tea leaves into the teapot (use one-third of the teapot’s capacity for tea leaves).

Pour hot water into the teapot
Use water at 85-90°C (185-194°F) to brew the tea.

Steep for a few seconds
First brew: 50 seconds
Second brew: 40 seconds
Third brew: 50 seconds
Fourth brew: 60 seconds
