Product Features

Jin Xuan, also known as Taiwan Tea No. 12, has an interesting nickname "27" because it was successfully cultivated by the Taiwan Tea Research and Extension Station in 1981. The famous number is 2027. This tea is one of Taiwan's most popular top ten tea trees, representing the experience and contributions of tea experts. Jin Xuan tea leaves are thick and fresh, with a clean flavor, and its planting and application range is quite extensive, making it very suitable for producing oolong tea. Due to its easy brewing, lack of bitterness, and pleasant taste, it has a unique osmanthus aroma and natural milky scent, making it widely loved by the public.

Ball Shape Brewing Method

1. Warm up the tea pot: Pour hot water into the tea pot.
2. Add tea leaves to the warmed pot: Add 5-7g of tea leaves to 100ml of water.
3. Pour boiling water into the tea pot: Use water at 100°C / 212°F.
4. Wait for the tea to infuse:
   • First brew: 60 seconds
   • Second brew: 70 seconds
5. Pour the tea out and enjoy!
