This tea is produced in the tea fields near Sun Moon Lake in Nantou County. Brewing Method
- Warm up the tea pot
- Pour out the hot water and place the tea leaves inside
- Put 4-6g of tea into the teapot.
- Pour hot water into the teapot
- Temperature: 85-90°C / 185-194°F
- Wait patiently
- First brew: 40 seconds
- Second brew: 50 seconds
- Third brew: 60 seconds
- Pour the tea out and enjoy it!
