This tea is produced in the tea fields near Sun Moon Lake in Nantou County. The unique characteristics of Ruby Red No. 18 provide a pleasant drinking experience with its distinctive mint and cinnamon aroma, making it highly recognized worldwide. The international award-winning Ruby Red Tea has a unique flavor referred to as “Taiwan Fragrance,” making it the best representative of Taiwanese black tea.

Brewing Method

1. Warm up the tea pot
2. Pour out the hot water and place the tea leaves inside
   • Put 4-6g of tea into the teapot.
3. Pour hot water into the teapot
   • Temperature: 85-90°C / 185-194°F
4. Wait patiently
   • First brew: 40 seconds
   • Second brew: 50 seconds
   • Third brew: 60 seconds
5. Pour the tea out and enjoy it!
