Kungfu Dongding Oolong is carefully roasted by traditional craftsmanship. The tea has a rich aroma due to the tea master’s expertise in controlling the roasting process. Brewing Method for Ball-Shape Oolong

Preheat the teapot
Warm up the teapot with hot water.

Put the tea leaves into the teapot
After pouring out the hot water, put 5-7g of tea leaves into the teapot (100ml of water per 5-7g of tea leaves).

Pour hot water into the teapot
Use water at 100°C (212°F) to brew the tea.

Steep for a few seconds
First brew: 60 seconds
Second brew: 70 seconds
